Original German vehicle verbandkasten medical box. Originally in green paint and later a tan. On the side where the locks are a faint marking can be seen (WH522292) which would have been the license plate of the vehicle it was on. Inside the partitioning wall is present as well as the contents sheet. WaA mark present in the top left corner.
